UMDXXV: Pool Party

We'll be hanging out for a day at the Golden Nugget's Shark Tank pool. Come through!

Entry to the pool is free if you are staying at the hotel; Otherwise it's $40.

If you would like to rent a lounge chair, or another gazebo to join ours, you can do so online: https://www.goldennugget.com/las-vegas/amenities/h2o-pool/

The pool is open from 10am to 5:30pm.

It should hopefully be fine. They were weird about dress code last time though. They would let me in in my cargos because I forgot my swimy trunks.

@MM oh fab, some lovely generousity. I've scheduled my hotels to be at the Nugget for the weekend but planning a mini tour during the week. I'm very excited.

@ckwam: Nobody to pay! UMD and Messygirl and AlliedNetworking have secured 3 areas at the Shark Tank pool. Everybody from UMD is welcome to show up and vibe out. Just have to pay $50 to get into the pool itself if you're not already staying at da nugget.

Just spoke with Golden Nugget on the phone. They're going to make sure that all 3 of our gazebos are grouped together. They have 6 total, in 2 groups of 3, so that whole side will belong to us wammers!!

Also, lounge chairs are available for rent at the pool, and I recommend it because they fill up quick. Plus we'll be at the pool on other days too....

count me in. I am happy to split the cost of another gazebo if we need an extra and someone(s) want to join in with me on the cost. 3 or 4 of us could split it. We should move fast to be sure we can get it with the ones MM has reserved. Last time the pool party was a blast... so much fun day drinking! Message me if you are interested in splitting the cost.

@SatinWAMBoss Chris: I called them to see if they would allow clothes in the pool and they said hell naw. But I bet you could get away with getting "splashed" by the pool while you happen to have your clothes on

We got a gazebo! But they only seat like 6 people (more ppl can be around but only 6 actual seats). If anybody wants to rent another one, or a pool lounge or anything else, you can do that here!
